Can I return my products for refund?

We don't provide this option yet, however we aim to replace damaged products in line with our return policy.




What if I’m not happy about my products received?

You may provide feedback, but we can’t replace the product unless it is damaged, therefore you will have to refer to our returns policy.




How long does it take to receive my order?

It typically takes between 10 - 20 days to receive your products, however it is not limited to a specific time frame in our start up phase, in line with our delivery policy. In the event you want to know more information, you can email us via Support@ImFashion.co.uk




What if I want to cancel my order?

If you’ve already placed your order and we have not prepared it/sent it out, then you can cancel your order by emailing us at Support@ImFashion.co.uk 




How do I give feedback?

You can provide feedback to us via Support@ImFashion.co.uk




What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

You may contact us via Support@ImFashion.co.uk to find out where your order is and we will help you. We aim to deliver your order within 10 - 20 days, however it may take up to 30 days where processes are delayed and you will always receive your products.




What if I don’t receive my order?

You will always receive your order and we will do our best to keep you informed via email.



What if my order is damaged on delivery?

You must take a video of the damaged product and send it to us via Support@ImFashion.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your product. We will replace your product as stated in our returns policy.

1. Logo Colour Guide

1. Choosing the Logo Colour 'Default' maintains the Logo Colours, text, shapes & lines presented in the photos of the clothing colour selected

2. Choosing a Logo Colour changes all of the Logo Colours, text, shapes & lines presented to your selected colour

For Designer Money clothing, when selecting a Logo Colour, which is not default, it will change the Logo Colour from (Gold & Black) to your selected colour. For example if gold is selected, then the entire logo will be in gold




2. Shoe Guide

For reference of UK shoe sizing, it may vary up to around 0.5 inches and you must reference the size table provided for exact measurements if you want 100% precision
